CNC Turning
Using high speed "oversized" equipment combined with our familiarity with materials and our ability to build tooling in-house makes us a contender in small to medium sized parts.
CNC Milling
Heavy, stable equipment along with an open mind towards new cutter geometries and materials allows us to stay ahead of the competition here.
Automatic Bore Sizing, Power Honing and Deep Hole Drilling
Using diamond and borazon tooling, we can remove material quickly and hold tenths of a thousandths of an inch, all day long.  Deep hole drilling and bore sizing up to 2" in diameter and 30" deep in materials like 17-4ph.
